Shown above is a sample of trusses we manufacture at CRACO Truss and Post Frame Supply. Notice the scissor truss in the background. We engineer trusses to your design specifications, whatever form that may be. We manufacture trusses up to 60 ft. in length.
All cuts are made with an IDACO multi-head component saw. Skilled operators insure that each piece is cut exactly the same and fits perfectly with the adjacent piece. Each truss is assembled in a precision jig to insure the highest degree of conformance to design specifications.
This process allows easy assembly of trusses that are virtually identical. The result is a beautifully straight and sound structure. Every CRACO truss carries a Registered Professional Engineer Seal guaranteeing it as an "engineered truss." The seal certifies that the truss is manufactured to meet the code of any state.
POST FRAME KITS...
We can custom-build post frame kits to virtually any size or dimension. No project is too big or too small.
In addition to custom projects, we offer a variety of built-to-order Post Frame Kits for purchase. These kits range from 30x50x10 to 40x60x16 and are available in Galvalume or in a variety of painted colors offered through Paramount Metals.

Smart Rib PlusOur Smart Rib Plus® panel is painted with a siliconized polyester paint system that carries a 40-year limited paint warranty. Below the paint is an 80,000 minimum psi, ASTM A 792 galvalume coated steel which carries a 20-Year limited warranty. Smart Rib Plus® also carries a UL® 2218/Class4 impact rating, which means Smart Rib Plus® can stand up to harsh weather conditions. Smart Rib Plus® is available in 20 colors of 29 gauge and 16 Colors of 26 Gauge. Smart Rib Plus® is also available in bare galvalume, coated with a tough acrylic coating that makes installation easier and safer. The extra rib on top of the major ribs makes Smart Rib Plus® a stronger panel.
SPACEJOISTS*...
Reduce on site construction costs by using manufactured SpaceJoist floor trusses. SpaceJoist floor trusses can be manufactured for lengths up to 35 ft.
The open-web design allows adequate space for HVAC, wiring, and plumbing.
Steel webs make the trusses lighter and easier to handle, yet as strong as all wood trusses.
